ISS seeks experienced People and Culture Managers to partner with site leaders in driving and implementing people & culture initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with Operations team to ensure compliance to all People & Culture policy.Drive retention solutions and support ongoing development of employees.ER/IR support to operational leaders and site.Drive employee recognition and performance.Ensure commitment and compliance to ISS People & Culture Standards.Develop and foster stakeholder relationships.Partner with site leadership team in providing HR guidance, support and advice.Experience in driving employee engagement activities.Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a passion for people.Exceptional organisation, planning and communication skills.Requirements:
