The roleThe Human Resources Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Human Resources Executive (HRE) in developing and implementing robust HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance in all people-related aspects of the business.What you do?The Human Resources Officer duties will include but are not limited to:Work with internal People departments to ensure consistent service delivery across the organisation.Execute the People and Culture strategy, leading key activities like Performance and Remuneration Reviews, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.Analyse employee survey results with stakeholders to develop programs that boost engagement and retention.Support leaders in managing workplace investigations, performance issues, and conflict mediation.Create and deliver leadership development training on employment practices, cultural awareness, and diversity initiatives.Must Haves?The successful candidate will possess:Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources preferred.Strong understanding of Human Resources related policies and procedures.Desire to travel to site monthly (Julia Creek).Nice to haves?Formal qualifications in Human Resources preferred.Previous experience in a start-up business beneficial.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
