We have an exciting fixed-term, full-time opportunity for a recent tertiary graduate, preferably with some industry experience, to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. As part of our small, dedicated team, you will support HCM leaders and staff in their amazing work by providing generalist P&C advice and assistance. This role will play a vital part in all facets of the P&C function including recruitment, learning and development, health, safety and wellbeing and performance management. A great opportunity to get involved in multiple industries with business units in Retail, Community and Disability Services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture you will : • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing across the organisation
• Assist in the Annual Goals Review program and ensure documentation is collected and filed
• Assist with reporting and policy reviews to ensure compliance
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following: • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a relevant field (preferred)
• Relevant industry / work experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, building positive relationships across the organisation
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Excellent administrative and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written reporting/email skills
• Drivers licence and own transport (preferred)
