We make CARE our Intellectual Property, starting within,prioritising self-love, self-care and balance.About the roleAn Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Member, the People and Culture Director (PCD) providesleadership support to FSA's six multidisciplined services streams and the Managing Director.
ThePCD supports and advises wider activities of the People and Culture, Community and Clinical ServiceStreams, and Corporate Services teams.
While facilitating the achievement of FSA's strategicculture and business objectives, including:Employee Satisfaction, Wellness Activity and Psychological Survey Management;Aboriginal and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Community Engagement, and NIAA reporting;HR governance and compliance including WHS and WGE Agency reporting;Recruitment, Training Learning and Development; andIndustrial and Workplace Relations.In a non-directive, supportive and personalised manner, the PCD will be accountable to aid FSA'stop priority operational needs, organisational development and staff capacity, including continuousimprovement assistance to frontline support workers and leadership to achieve the company'scharitable objects.The role operates with a high degree of autonomy with appropriate consultation with the SeniorLeadership Group (SLG), Practice Leaders, Coordinators, Principal Therapeutic Practices, GeneralManagers, the ELT and Managing Director, as required.Essential Criteria – Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Value-Add1.

Supportive of a values-based culture, operatingenvironment and workplace diversity;2.
Graduate degree in business, psychology and/or human resource management;3.
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or pathwayequivalent desirable;4.
Minimum (10) years direct experience in an executive and/or senior human resource leadershiprole with exposure to community corporate or government development;5.
Demonstrated experience in hiring, HR management, benefits administration,performance management, communications, employment law, remuneration and nominations planning;6.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365, Project, Visio and HRM systems;7.
Excellent prioritisation, time and project management ability with a strongpsychological resilience, capacity and calmness when operating in dynamic care environments;8.
Ability to assist leadership to coordinate and promote a multi-disciplined Trauma InformedPractice environment with high performance Standards of Wellness, Care, Quality Assurance and RiskManagement;9.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to aid capacity building in challenginggrowth operating environments; and10.
