About the Opportunity: We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to support HR policies and employee relations.
You'll manage and co-ordinate HR enquiries from leaders and provide guidance on employee matters.
In addition, you will co-ordinate, learning and traineeships, assist with payroll queries, ensure compliance, and maintain HR records.
Working with an inclusive and collaborative team and leaders, you'll also support stakeholder by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment aligned with our values and goals.
Key Responsibilities: Internships: Secure placements, manage applications, and ensure compliance.
Traineeships/Apprenticeships: Oversee program setup, administration, and participant support.
Scholarships: Handle applications, fund distribution, and recipient support.
RTO Coordination: Arrange sign-ups and ensure training requirements are met.
HR Support: Respond to HR enquiries, provide guidance on policies, and assist with employment processes and payroll conditions.
Employee Data Management: Maintain records across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Compliance & Audits: Maintain and audit the employment checks register to ensure compliance Key Experience & Skills: Qualified or studying towards a Human Resource Management qualification.
Proficiency in maintaining and auditing employment compliance documents.
Knowledge in on payroll conditions, awards, and agreements and experience in training stakeholders on the same.
Knowledge of reviewing and setting up employee transition terms for acquisitions across systems.
Skilled in managing internships, traineeships, scholarships, and graduate programs, including handling funding applications and coordinating with Traineeship/Apprenticeship bodies and RTOs.
