Pulse is a multi-faceted organisation, operating across a variety of industries, including early education and care, fitness, retail, hospitality, facilities management, student engagement and marketing. About the position We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about investing in relationships with our management team and employees. You will have a people-centric approach and be proactive in advising and supporting our teams to achieve their goals. You will manage the end to end employee life cycle for your dedicated department, encompassing all facets of HR – including recruitment, onboarding, performance, WHS, employment relations, training and development. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will play a crucial role within the P&C team, contributing to our future vision and supporting our ambitious goals. You will be supported by a People & Culture Administrator, and work closely with two People & Culture Business Partners on our team objectives and goals. Some of the key projects and deliverables include enterprise agreement negotiations, system and process changes, and implementation of a revised performance review process. Requirements A bachelor degree in Human Resources, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience working as a HR Business Partner or equivalent A sound understanding of all facets of HR Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the varying legislative requirements that make up the Australian employment landscape, as well as interpret and provide advice in line with this legislation Prior experience working with HR systems You're a problem solver, who isn't afraid to ask questions to understand the business and how it operates Benefits Birthday leave – a paid day off to celebrate your birthday Concessional leave, which means you'll get 3 days off between Christmas Day and New Years Eve without using your annual leave Salary packaging available, including the ability to salary sacrifice campus parking and a gold gym membership with UniActive for only $2 per week.
