Reporting into the Head of People, Culture & Safety, you will be a key member of the team for our employees across our NSW and Victorian homes. You will collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to coach and support our front-line leaders in Victoria on engaging teams, building culture as well as advise on complex and often sensitive people ER/IR matters.
This hands-on role will see you utilising every aspect of your HR experience and building strong stakeholder relationships throughout our Homes. Your ability to coach and develop employees at all levels and build leadership capabilities will support your success in this fast-paced role. Additionally, you will have strong ER/IR exposure with a passion for working with people and supporting teams operationally and strategically. A strong understanding and working knowledge of EBAs and awards is required.
With a wide range of P&C projects currently in progress, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in supporting the team, to deliver to the business and stretch and develop areas of your own skill set. Additionally, with a passion to drive transformational change, this role will see you collaborating on multiple projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and ensure success and sustainability of new practices.

Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/Human Resources Business Partner roleDemonstrated capability in coaching leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadershipAbility to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholdersExperience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders to implement changeDemonstrated capability in delivering performance management and ER/IR processesOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environmentAbility to travel as operationally required and for team developmentThe right to work in AustraliaTo Apply If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about making a difference in the wider community and making a positive difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
