About the role Reporting to the Line Producer and the Unit Production Manager you will be responsible for creating a positive, healthy work environment within a fast paced and dynamic production setting.
You will deliver trusted, practical HR guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle from induction and policy implementation to performance management and conflict resolution, ensuring employees and managers feel supported to thrive in their roles.
Responsibilities Provide high-level, strategic advice to the leadership team and coaching to people managers Build and maintain strong relationships across the production and become a trusted advisor Lead the delivery of a comprehensive induction program for new employees Develop and lead initiatives to support team wellbeing and engagement Oversee training and development programs Oversee compliance with HR policies and procedures Manage employee complaints, ensuring thorough processes that meet legislative standards and uphold procedural fairness Skills and Experience Advanced experience in case managing a range of HR issues, with extensive knowledge of employee relations management and of contemporary practices in HR management Experience providing specialist and strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders Demonstrated high level knowledge in psychosocial risk management and the ability to support employee mental health Ability to interpret relevant legislation and employee awards Strong relationship management skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders Culture This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to fostering a supportive, happy, and healthy work environment.
