About the PositionDue to growth within the team, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This multi-faceted position will see you involved with and responsible for the following:
Advice & Support - Supporting people leaders by providing P&C generalist advice on policies, procedures and best practices as well as providing coaching around people management, team dynamics and conflict resolution.Case Management – in collaboration with the People & Culture Manager facilitate disciplinary cases from inception to resolution, including investigations, interviews and proposing recommendations.P&C Operations – Assist in the reviewing, implementing and monitoring of policies, guidelines and procedures on an ongoing basis.Early Careers Management - coordinate the apprenticeship/traineeship program in partnership with hiring managers.Projects & Initiatives- assist in the development and operational implementation of P&C projects and initiatives.To be the successful candidate you will:Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent degree is essential.Extensive experience in human resources with a minimum of 2 years as a generalist human resources advisor, preferably in a blue-collar business.Have a strong background in working through disciplinary cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring a fair, consistent and compliant process.The ability to provide expert advice to support on policy, procedure and best practice.Thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.Have the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders.Be self-driven with a commercial mindset and comfortable working with ambiguity.Have great communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.The ability to successfully engage and influence.Have efficient organisation and time management skills.What's in it for you?A secure permanent role with the opportunities to grow your current skills, knowledge, and career.Competitive salary package, with annual bonus.Opportunity to work in a capable, professional and driven team who also has fun.Opportunity to play a part in continuing to drive P&C's agenda within the business and delivering services that make a real impact.Huge opportunity to build your experience and skill set with some great projects in the pipeline.Hybrid working arrangement - our anchor days in the office are Monday & Wednesday with one other day of your choosing (2 days working from home).Southbank based office close to public transport, with on site-parking and free gym access.Successful Applicants must currently have full working rights in Australia and undergo a Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
