P&C Partnering:
Provide accurate and timely advice and support to team members at all levels on a range of People and Culture matters including performance management and employee relation matters.Policy and Process Development:
Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and adoption of P&C policies, processes, guidelines, presentations, and training content.People Projects:
Plan, implement, and drive the success of cyclical and ad hoc P&C projects, such as remuneration and benefit-related incentives, and employee engagement initiatives.Systems Management:
Act as a superuser and promoter for P&C systems, including HRIS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms.Culture Champion:
Act as a champion for the Swyftx values and develop initiates that strengthen and reinforce the Swyftx culture.Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Recruitment:
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment.To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar commercial role.A passion for delivering high-level service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit varying audiences.A detail-oriented approach, demonstrating great care and attention in all aspects of work.Demonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.Some of our perks and benefits include:
