You will implement effective people and culture operational functions, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This role will be on a One Year Fixed-Term Contract.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Provide market insights, manage end-to-end recruitment, and coordinate induction processesLeadership & Talent Development: Support talent management, optimise employee performance, and facilitate leadership development programsEmployee Relations & Payroll: Manage employee performance issues, oversee payroll functions, and ensure compliance with legislationOrganisational Development: Conduct engagement surveys, develop policies, and implement health and well-being initiativesMetrics & Reporting: Collect and analyse employee data, prepare reports, and ensure effective HR record-keepingKey Competencies/Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related disciplineMinimum of three years' experience in an HR generalist advisory BP roleProven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a teamExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in HR technology and softwareIf you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for people and culture, we want to hear from you!
