As the People and Culture Associate, you'll provide expert advice and support on all people-related issues, working closely with our People and Culture Partners. This hands-on role offers the chance to immediately engage with workplace relations and broader people-focused initiatives.
In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks to support business goals, enhance culture, build capability, and foster engagement. You will also play a key role in talent management, organisational development, and people systems, including reporting and analytics.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, HR Management, and/or equivalent experience.Strong understanding and practical experience with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and industrial/workplace relations instruments and Agreements.Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation.Excellent time management, organisational skills, and exceptional customer service, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.Join us and make a meaningful impact on our people and culture!
