We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven People and Culture Advisor to join our client's dedicated team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and ensuring the well-being of its most valuable asset: its peopleResponsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to provide guidance on various People and Culture initiatives, including performance management, recruitment, retention, and engagement.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation to support a positive work culture.Offer expert advice, direction, and consultation on People and Culture matters to drive organisational success.Develop, implement, and monitor People and Culture policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, liaising with payroll when necessary.Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including contract management and onboarding/offboarding procedures.Contribute to the development and implementation of People and Culture policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.Proficiency in using integrated Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Success Factors or equivalent.Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organisational levels.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.High level of integrity, objectivity, and commitment to confidentiality.Additional Information:It's a Maternity leave cover till May 2025.The role is currently 3 days per week.
