Manage the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.Assist with workers' compensation and return-to-work plans.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.Support HR functions across the employee lifecycle and contribute to projects and people initiatives.Advise local leadership in line with global standards and promote a positive HR approach.Maintain confidentiality, produce HR reports, and collaborate with the Head of People and Culture.About You

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or recruitment.Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and fair work practices.Excellent communication, computer skills, and time management.Proven ability to collaborate with leaders and manage stakeholders.Solid analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Curiosity, empathy, and a focus on the bigger picture.Applications close on Friday, 27 September 2024 unless a suitable applicant is sourced prior.In order to be considered for this role please submit your current resume and a cover letter addressing the selection criteria.Please Note
