In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and will play a key role in shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.About the roleYou will:Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, providing guidance and support on policies and procedures.Support across generalist HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and compliance.Support the talent acquisition process, including screening candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews, making hiring recommendations, and facilitating offer letters.Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention, including team building events and initiatives.Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.Facilitate training and development programs that align with organisational goals.Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to inform decision-making.Mediate employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.Assist in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.About youBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People and Culture roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations (international experience is a plus).Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.About usAt EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
