This is a diverse and fast-paced role working on a significant civil/mining project based in Orange, NSW.
This is a full-time FIFO position on an 8/6 roster travelling from Brisbane to Orange or alternatively for someone locally based, working on an 8/6 roster.
Your knowledge of contemporary human resources will give you the ability to build on our established processes and influence managers while advocating and supporting our positive culture and showcasing your HR generalist skills in a practical environment.
Responsibilities Providing support and guidance for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function on a project siteProvide guidance on policies, procedures, and industrial relations to managers on various P&C mattersCollaborate with stakeholders on various organisational capability, diversity, leadership, and change initiativesCoordinate employee onboarding and support the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment as requiredCoordinating the performance review processEssential Skills and Attributes Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma.An understanding of different industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and Australian LegislationWorking within a team effectivelyMS office skills (intermediate)Customer service focusProblem analysis and decision makingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlinesHave a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalismProven experience dealing with internal stakeholders and strong communication skillsWhat's next?
