Purpose: To work collaboratively to engage leaders and employees through support, coaching, education and advice and will be a valued resource for employees as they adapt to the challenges and opportunities of new ways of working.
About the role: Evaluate and recommend strategies for sourcing, attracting, appointing and retaining employees Partner and provide support and coaching to leaders and key stakeholders on matters including recruitment, performance, teamwork, organisational structure, and resolution of grievances, disciplines and complaints Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process and the on-boarding of new employees Respond to and prepare accurate and timely written correspondence Work collaboratively with and provide advice to employees in relation to application of Award and Agreement conditions Accurately maintain human resources data and assist in the development of statistics and reports Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic human resource plans and policies About you: We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record supporting professional and operational workforces. You will ideally have experience in an industrial or government environment underpinned with relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion to contribute to our high performance and values-based culture. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Capability to build relationships with key stakeholders Ability to coach and influence HR-related issues A focus on fostering a positive customer experience Ability to prioritise and manage a high volume workload Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience If you bring excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, exceptional service to clients with a strong ability to coach, consult, influence and problem-solve at all levels, then we would like to hear from you!
