About the role Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture this role will assist as a generalist, providing advice and support across the employment life cycle including employee and industrial relations, recruitment, OHS and Workcover, performance management and fostering a positive work culture, delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives.
As an experienced HR professional, you will be able to act as 2IC, engaging with senior leaders and centre managers, to support workforce needs, while contributing to improve processes for our dedicated workforce.
This opportunity is a permanent role located at our Camberwell office.
The base salary range is $ 85k-$95k (pro-rata) per annum and may candidates seeking full-time or part-time, ideally 3 or 4 days per week, are encouraged to apply.
About you Degree qualified in HR or equivalent (related field).
Previous experience as a generalist supporting all aspects across the employment life cycle including recruitment, OHS and Workcover, performance management and projects etc.
Demonstrated experience providing ER/IR advice and hands on resolution of matters including interpretation of employment, OHS and industrial legislation.
Experience developing and working with managers and employees at all levels providing advice, support, solutions and resolving matters.
