The Role
The People & Culture (P&C) Advisor is responsible for providing recruitment & HR support to the Connective team.
This role focuses on recruiting the best candidates for our team and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The role also provides HR advice to support our Connective staff which offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop HR generalist skills.
Reporting to our Senior P&C Business Partner and working closely with our Chief People Officer you will also be responsible for:
End to end recruitment support Maintaining and updating Employment Hero, our HR system Assisting with induction and onboarding Reporting and documentation Supporting and collaborating with managers and staff on people issues and queries Ensuring compliance to P&C policies The Person
You are an experienced recruiter with end-to-end recruitment management and strong stakeholder skills.
You are highly regarded for your communication skills and can simultaneously prioritise and plan while being adaptable and resilient.
