About the Role
As a People and Culture Advisor, you'll play a vital role in providing HR support and employee relations expertise to our team.
You'll support management and staff on employment matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a fair, supportive work environment.
This role includes assisting with employee relations cases, policy development, and change management initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional advice on employment issues, offering clear, consistent guidance to management and staff. Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation. Support managers through dispute resolution and performance management processes. Research and recommend strategies on industrial relations reforms and emerging issues. Advise line managers and staff on change management to facilitate smooth transitions. Lead special HR projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets. Conduct exit interviews and generate insights to improve staff retention. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Proven experience in employee relations, including enterprise agreement negotiations and workplace investigations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
