About the Role Join the People & Culture team at BDO, a leading professional services accounting firm, where our HR Advisors play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and contributing to the broader strategic objectives.
In this role you will provide operational people advice, and coach, guide, and support key stakeholders across all aspects of people and culture.
This position is part-time, 0.6FTE, with flexibility around how the hours are delivered across the week.
Partner with leaders and people and culture business partners to ensure the effective delivery of people strategies, the annual program of work (including remuneration review, learning and development programming and performance appraisal process) and people enhancements across the firm Play a role in the influence, planning and implementation of HR projects and initiatives Solve business problems with a focus on the engagement and performance of our people Supporting leaders in ER matters through coaching and ensuring alignment with best practice and policies Detailed people reporting and administration (letter generation, analysis of data etc) Supporting the people and culture business partnering team to complete operational requirements Work with other P&C specialist areas such as Talent Acquisition and L&D, ensuring alignment and focus with the P&C and buiness strategy About You Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related disciplines is desirable Intermediate understanding of HR principles, foundational knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to support and challenge as required Proactive and solution focussed, willing to engage the business and identify improvement opportunities Why BDO?
