THE ORGANISATION This well-known prestigious educational institution is looking for an energetic HR administrator who is a team player to join their small but mighty HR team.Leading through a strong vision, their values are at the forefront of decision-making and action.THE ROLE 2-4 Week contract for a HR Administrator, with a potential to extend.Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture and working collaboratively with the rest of the HR team.People & Culture Administration, Compliance & Governance, Metrics & Analytics, Recruitment, Selection, the Onboarding Process and Special Projects are key to this role.You will report into the Director of P&C and work alongside a Senior People & Culture Compliance Specialist.THE CRITERIA The ideal candidate will have: High levels of professionalism and cultural awareness.Excellent attention to detail.Strong numeric/analytics skills.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and self-awareness.Strong stakeholder engagement skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.A customer service mindset.To be considered for this role you must be immediately available.For more information, please contact Rian Thomas at ****** look forward to receiving your application.
