ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture (P&C) Administrator to join and work alongside our inclusive and busy P&C team.
Reporting directly to the P&C Manager and working closely with the P&C Business Partner, this role is pivotal to the success of our team and the growth of NPS.
You will help shape and support our P&C initiatives and provide essential administrative support throughout the complete employee lifecycle. This is a real "all rounder" role that will enable your growth in people and culture and take your first steps of your career.
You will be responsible for:
First point of contact for HR related enquiries. Recruitment, posting job openings, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, team leads, contract managers. Reference checking. Managing apprenticeships, volunteer and work experience recruitment administration requirements. Accurately prepare and maintain employment related documentation. Including offers and contracts of employment, job descriptions, variation, salary increases, adjustments and end of employment letters. Assist and undertake induction and onboarding with new starters. Assist with offboarding items. Maintain accurate employment records within our HRIS (Employment Hero). Monitor and actioning the P&C team and Apprentice email inbox. Assist with the update of company policies and procedures. Refer employee relation issues to appropriate P&C Business Partner or Manager. Support wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have:
Good understanding, currently studying or completed studies in HR or related discipline. High level of attention to detail. Strong demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity due to nature of data and information. Experience in using Employment Hero or knowledge of another HRIS and willingness to learn systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Customer service-focused with a positive attitude and professionalism. Team player, dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
