People & Culture Administrator Parkside, Adelaide SA A high-trust, empowering and openly supportive working environment Opportunity to shape your career in People and Culture and generalist HR Join a leader in the industry and make an impact Exciting opportunity to join our People and Culture team has been created to provide organizational-wide essential HR administrative support through the employee lifecycle, across a multi-dimensional workforce and locations.
Forming a key part of the People and Culture team, the role will support senior leadership to build the workforce aligned to St Louis' values and strategic objectives to ensure that growth and opportunity become intrinsic to St Louis and what we offer our employees.
About St Louis: St Louis Care has provided individualized aged care services in Adelaide for over 70 years.
Our aged care services include our boutique nursing home in Parkside, with independent living units next door, and home care support services delivered to people in the comfort of their own homes.
Additionally, we are an accredited NDIS provider.
We are passionate about supporting people with younger onset dementia to live their best life, maintain independence and social connections, and maximize choice by providing person-centered active support within a NDIS environment.

About You: We are looking for a vibrant and suitably experienced HR professional that has a passion for enabling others.
You are a structured operator, who uses technology efficiently and can communicate effectively.
You will have the skills, knowledge and experience in the following: Understanding of P&C practices and legislation  Ability to work autonomously and use initiative  Excellent communication (written & verbal) Superior organization skills with a keen eye for detail  Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrated prioritization abilities   About the role: Accurately prepare employment-related paperwork within required and agreed timeframes.
This includes but is not limited to offers of employment, job descriptions, contract variations, salary increases, database management and end to end recruitment and offboarding processes.
Monitor and track the completion of activities such as probation reviews, and undertake administration related to cyclical people activities such as performance reviews, compliance and training.
Provide general administration support to the people and culture team associated with all generalist human resource functions, including but not limited to; onboarding, employee departures and terminations, performance management, learning and development, and Health and Safety.
Collate HR data to produce regular and ad-hoc HR metrics reporting,  Monitor employee records ensuring documentation compliance (e.g.
contracts of employment, police checks, visa, qualifications, and sector clearances), and actively follow up on outstanding paperwork.
