People and Culture Administration Officer Support the broader People & Culture team with a focus on HR and L&D.
About the role The purpose of the People and Culture Administration Officer is to support the broader People and Culture team, focusing on the L&D and HR functions.
The role ensures smooth operations within these functions by coordinating learning activities, managing data, reporting, and assisting with the implementation of initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
What you'll do Coordination and management of key P&C projectsAnalysis and reporting of P&C dataMaintaining relevant training calendars and P&C meetingsSupporting the management of shared email inboxes (HR and L&D)Coordinate and distribute any relevant P&C communication, including marketing materialCreate forms, surveys and other tools as neededCorrespond with customers and stakeholders (internal and external) to manage their requests & feedbackMaintain electronic filing system and records for P&CEnsure effective collaboration with other SA functional groups promoting alignment with communications & systemsDevelop effective and cooperative relationships with organisational managers to support and enable a productive and positive work environmentAbout you Relevant work experience in a similar fieldIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsExperience in using LMS and HRIS is desirableAble to prioritise tasks to ensure business continuityStrong listening skills, clarifying and probes for understandingOrganised and structured working style with strong planning skillsReceptive to feedback and continual improvementGood relationship management skillsStrong focus on detail, problem-solving ability and a commitment to quality and customer serviceStrong project planning skillsCulture & Benefits Standards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
