Full Time Salary | 12 month Fixed Term Contract Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast The opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the People and Culture team at Sea World! In this role, you will manage all administration processes for the People & Culture Department, specifically but not limited to Sea World, Sea World Resort, and Topgolf.
You will ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and provide friendly, prompt service to all VRTP team members and external bodies. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support from other members of the P&C team.
Your day to day:
• General administration and reception duties
• Respond to enquiries in shared email inbox in a timely manner
• Assist with the Team Member Facebook page e.g. designing and posting messages, posters, etc
• Finalise payroll related documents including data entry into SAP to meet deadlines
• Liaise with the payroll team for TFN Superannuation, Passport & Right to Work VEVO check queries
• Order stationary and raise purchase orders
• E-file management, setting up new starters (SAP), scanning paper files into E-files
• Distribute review reports to department managers
• Assist with the administration duties for team events hosted by P&C
• Manage Years of Service and Team Member of the Quarter/Year certificates and vouchers
• Order vouchers for P&C rewards program
• Maintain spreadsheet for recording of vouchers/prizes with accuracy on the FBT register
• Maintain communication noticeboards
• Order stock for P&C, such as Shining Star & Thank you Cards, team member badges, etc.
What you'll bring:
• High level of confidentiality
• Professional, friendly with excellent communication skills
• Previous administration experience is essential, with a high level of attention to detail
• Accurate data entry skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable with technology such as Facebook, Google Docs etc.
• Knowledge of SAP and Page Up systems desirable
