THE POSITION The People and Capability Coordinator is one of three members in the People and Capability Team and plays an active role in coordinating many aspects of the People and Capability function, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and management, compliance, and generalist HR processes.
ABOUT YOU As a passionate HR professional, you have a keen interest in finding and retaining talent within an organisation.
You enjoy working on various projects within a generalist HR portfolio and have a passion for improvement, efficiencies, and innovation.
