About the role We are currently hiring a People & Capability Business Partner to provide strategic and operational leadership and advice to enable the business to achieve its goals. Based in our Perth CBD office, this position facilitates discussions with management/key stakeholders and the broader P&C team to deploy processes to deliver People & Capability programs.
Preferred experience/qualifications Success in this role will come from your ability to effectively provide expert advice on all facets of human resources including performance, employee development and engagement; employee relations including EBA negotiations and contract/industrial instrument interpretation.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
? Demonstrable and successful 'hands on' experience in a related human resources management / Business Partner role operating as an effective HR professional and being viewed as a credible, trusted partner; leader.
? Knowledge and a sound understanding of contemporary HR management and workplace relations
? Bachelor of Human Resources and/ or Business
? Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
? Ability to interpret industrial instruments and industrial legislation.
