About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic hands-on People & Capability Advisor reporting to Manager – People & Capability based in Lathlain.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing consistent, quality P&C advice and support to the whole Foundation.
Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinate all aspects of the employment lifecycle including recruitment and selection, onboarding, coordinating exit interviews;Provide generalist P&C advice to all staff;Conduct induction of new staff;Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (ELMO) and inhouse systems;Assist and process end to end fortnightly pay runs;Generate P&C reports;Creation of employment contracts and supplement documents;Maintain knowledge of processes and policies and support knowledge transfer within the Foundation;Attend to employee due diligence (background checking) and any regulatory requirements;Coordinate the annual Performance Review processes with managers and providing advice on conducting performance conversations and feedback;Coordinate all learning and development/training activities for the Foundation;Assist with performance and grievance management procedures.About you: To be successful in your application you must clearly demonstrate the following skills, experience and requirements:
Qualifications in Human Resource and/or related specialised discipline i.e., Business;Minimum 3 years' work experience in relevant field;Basic knowledge and practical application of statutory requirements of various acts and regulations relevant to the position;Understanding of payroll including in accordance with relevant legislation and employment contracts;Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) and the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently;Advanced IT Skills across a broad range of systems (Microsoft Office e.g.
