Job Description: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns.Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Handle employee grievances and disputes, offering advice on best practices for resolution and ensuring that issues are managed in line with company policies.Implement new HR policies, procedures, and benefits for employees on-site.Plan and oversee onsite manpower resources including full-time employees and outsourced labour.Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes.Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behaviour and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.Provide general HR support to employees around employee life cycle and provide guidance on HR knowledge content such as global and local HR policies.Work with management team to develop and execute talent management, development, and training initiatives, especially for frontline employees.Guide employees and leaders in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems.What we are looking for: With at least 3-5 years of HR operations or employee relations experience. Preferably from a manufacturing or logistics industry.With experience in working with blue collar employees would be an essential requirement.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to provide expert guidance on HR-related issues and manage a variety of employee relations matters.Efficient in managing HR administrative tasks and coordinating various HR functions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP).Preferred candidates will be required to undertake reference checks as well as pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all legal requirements. Where applicable, background checks including Employment History and Education History (including Qualifications) may be required.
