An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join a leading international healthcare group for a 6 week contract.

You will primarily be responsible for the effective case management of employee related matters, providing high quality service delivery, advice and support.What you'll do:As a People Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing expert advice on People policies and processes.
You'll develop strong relationships with stakeholders, managing and resolving employee relations matters effectively.
Your role will also involve utilising the case management system to ensure all cases are tracked and recorded accurately.
You'll support leaders with end-to-end management of employee matters, providing coaching where necessary.
Ensuring fair interpretation of contract terms, Employment Agreements and applicable Awards will also fall under your remit.
As an escalation point for People Services Administrators, you'll handle generalist people enquiries efficiently.
