People2people are proud to be partnering a rapidly growing business, with operations expanding throughout Australia and overseas. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on the Sunshine Coast.
If you are a dedicated Payroll Manager, with multi-national experience, looking for a role where you will be a key player in driving payroll capabilities, and be a part of an exciting period of growth, this is the role for you! You will enjoy a role that is hands-on, work with a dynamic team, and be involved in building the global payroll function.
About the role: Oversee and manage payroll operations globally Manage the timely and accurate payment of employee remuneration and entitlements. Development and implementation of payroll strategy and systems Manage key stakeholder relationships with providers Keeping up to date with current payroll legislation Develop, establish, implement, and review payroll policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. High level understanding, interpretation, and application of Modern Awards and Agreements. Perform regular quality control audits and payroll reporting. Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role. About you:
To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in the position accountabilities for a large, multi-site organization. Experience managing a multi-national payroll Strong analysis and problem-solving skills An excellent eye for detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent numeracy skills, including high-level investigative analysis and interpretation Extensive knowledge of the full payroll function, procedures, legislation, and compliance.
