Your New Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, a new excellent full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marine & Off Highway Coordinator to join our high performing team in Mackay. You will lead a talented, skilled Field Service team servicing our diverse range of premium brands and products whilst providing safe, timely and responsive service to our customers.
We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience leading and coaching a remote-based team in a marine or heavy industry environment; Enjoys and has a passion for providing service advice and solutions to deliver excellent customer service; Is passionate about being a leader in safety; Is a Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic / Fitter; Has knowledge and experience with MTU or similar product lines (is desirable); Practical working knowledge of the operation of appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment.
