Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our vibrant Perth office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a Pensions Administration Manager role where they have knowledge and experience of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions.

We undertake pensions administration for over one million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 88 with assets over £1bn.

The Team
Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications and scam protection.
The Role

As a Pensions Administration Manager with XPS you will:







Ensure provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
Participate in strategic business changes
Oversee day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
Provide expert advice solutions to pensions queries
Train and support other and less experienced team members
Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing






Your profile

Essential Criteria







Significant experience dealing with DB schemes within the pensions industry
Expert knowledge on pension administration activities and legislation
Previous supervisory, leadership and management experience
Project management experience
Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar)
Strong organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
A completed, or progression towards obtaining a relevant pensions qualification (applicant's deemed qualified by experience will also be considered)
