We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc . You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. You'll unlock the opportunity to grow into a management role.
The Epsom, opening soon in Mordialloc, will be offering a welcoming ambiance with a touch of vintage charm. What will my duties include? Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting, and ambiance. Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met. Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards. Assist when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room. What we are looking for: Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Food Handlers Certificate. TAB Compliance. Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
