This role requires expertise in complex workflow transformation, proven program leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership of workflow and design and implementation activities across Private Wealth Client Services (including contact centres and back office functions)Lead a program of work to rollout Pega workflow across contact centre and back-office operations functionsDeliver workflows (100+) across business processes – including understanding current state, defining future stateLiaise with key stakeholders – including client and business teams and technology squads.Play a critical role in engaging and communicating the workflow vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations to program teams and stakeholdersDefine/ Review / Improve the end-to-end customer journeys / processes and associated workflow changes in order to make a step change in our performance.Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business and eliciting the support required to deliver on the target customer journey/ process (e.g., systems improvement, resources, etc.).Balancing customer, operational, commercial, strategic, risk and regulatory factors when making recommendations to improve processesMust have Skills :Must have experience with Pega workflow in complex business environmentsMust have extensive and repeated experience leading transformation programs of work involving workflow design and implementationMust have experience leading the strategic thinking of complex workflow change in operational or contact centre environmentsProduct Ownership experienceExceptional understanding of business process standards and methodsProven ability to formulate ideas and present business cases effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to construct and deliver material appropriate to the audience and situationAbility to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholdersThis role requires a visionary leader who can balance technical know-how with a strategic mindset to drive impactful transformation in client services.
