What role will you play?An experienced and inspirational Lead Pega Engineer focused on driving business outcomes through exceptional engineering. You will have a passion for managing and leading a team along with a track record of mentoring engineers to help them achieve their goals.

What you offerExperience as a Lead Pega Solution Architect / Engineer providing technical expertise, design oversight, and guidance to a team of Engineers.Highly experienced in design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions.Highly experienced in conducting system architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Previous or current experience of providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Demonstrable experience leading a team in a DevOps model and experienced with continuous integration and delivery.Familiarity with the latest features and capabilities in Pega, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
