Role purpose
Peerpoint's Client Development team is a commercial team with a fantastic team spirit.
We are looking for an intellectually curious, commercially astute and client-focused individual to join us for this very exciting next phase in the business' growth.

The Client Development team is responsible for managing the end-to-end client sales process, which includes: sourcing and effectively qualifying new client leads; pitching to clients for business; establishing new and long-term client relationships; taking the client brief; sourcing suitable legal consultants; negotiating commercial terms; and closing the deal.
It is a fast-moving process that requires an individual with drive, tenacity, strong organisational skills and excellent client management ability.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Peerpoint, Asia Pacific & Middle East, the Peerpoint Client Development Manager, Australia is responsible for leading all business development, client service and new business growth activities in Australia.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Delivery against revenue targets set in the Peerpoint Australia business planResponsibility for the full client lifecycle, including new business development, qualifying leads, leading on commercial negotiations and the ongoing management of client relationships, including with contacts at General Counsel and Head of Legal levelCollaborating with the global Peerpoint client teams to cross-sell business and facilitate introductions to other regionsCollaborating with the A&O Shearman business development team and partnership in Australia to cross-sell A&O Shearman services into client relationships and share client insightsWorking with the Peerpoint Marketing team on the creation and implementation of the Australia marketing planLeading the local client team's networking and participation in business events to develop new opportunities and relationshipsManaging and supporting consultants whilst they are on placementWho we are looking for:
