About You:We are seeking a people person who:
Has lived experience of parenting under the age of 25 while navigating stresses such as:Stresses that made it difficult to parent in a safe, secure, and nurturing wayFinancial hardship and insecure housingSeeking and/or receiving help from child protection and family support servicesLimited family and social supportsExperience of co-parenting, single parenting, or relationship difficultiesPossesses knowledge of community resources and support services for young parentsHas empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitudeHas good communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to young parentsA driver's licence or confidence in using public transport is desiredYou Will Need To:Complete our online application processHold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children CheckHold or be willing to obtain a National Police ClearanceHold or be willing to obtain a current Child Safe Environments CertificateUndergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment processHow to Register Your Interest for Upcoming Positions:To register your interest, please fill out the questions below.
