Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality coaching and support to teachers in grades 7-12, focusing on pedagogical strategies and instructional practices. Collaborate with educators to design and implement innovative teaching approaches that engage and inspire students. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their instructional effectiveness. Foster an innovative teacher midnset which supports student-centred learning. Model highly accomplished teaching using contemporary pedagogy and flexible curriculum design. Undertake professional learning as a connected education or contributes to system learning. Support teachers in the use of digital technology to enhance learning COntribute to a culture that enables imagination, creative and innovation. Work closely with the heads of school to co-lead the learning priorities across the Schools of Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Focus on the development of teacher practice, emphasizing growth and innovation over compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Previous experience as a teacher in grades 7-12 with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and methodologies, with a focus on student-centered learning. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate educators. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
