Lead Developer | Brisbane | $160,000 + Super We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join an exciting startup team! This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in development, with the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.
Location: Onsite at Yeronga – Brisbane
Salary: Up to $160K + Super
The Role:
Lead Developer title for the level and experience we're looking for, but the role is focused on hands-on coding rather than managing a team. Work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you'll be wearing multiple hats and contributing to various aspects of development. Engage in the development of both web and mobile applications, working with modern technologies. Collaborate with a small but growing team, directly influencing the product and its future direction. Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on development using .NET Core . Mobile development experience in MAUI or React Native (currently using MAUI, with plans to migrate to React Native). Development of web applications using React.js . Cloud-based development using AWS services. The Candidate:
You possess a startup mentality , ready to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. Experience at a Lead or Principal Developer level. Strong knowledge and experience in .NET Core , Mobile Development (MAUI or React Native) , React.js , and AWS . Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across different areas of the development process. Salary They offer an excellent salary of $160,000 + Super.
