Pearl Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing team in Port Hedland.

About the Role
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy Parts Warehouse, ensuring seamless efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
Your duties will include:
Providing strong leadership and support to Team Leaders and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of excellence and best practice.
Proactively identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations.
Monitoring and reviewing staff performance, conducting performance reviews.
Managing compliance with workplace health and safety standards and ensuring incidents and hazards are reported promptly.
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
What will you need to be successful?
Extensive experience in warehousing and logistics, with a proven ability to lead mid-to-large teams (10–30 employees).
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles.
A demonstrated track record in identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
A thorough understanding of WHS legislation and its application within a warehouse environment.
