What Will You Be Doing? Leading and supervising a team of landscapers and gardeners, ensuring high standards of service. Reporting to the Area Manager and collaborating with clients to ensure project goals are met. Operating gardening machinery, including mowers, tractors, and whipper snippers. Occasionally preparing reports for senior management and assisting with administration as needed. What We're Looking For: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in landscaping or the gardening industry. (All levels of experience welcome!) A valid Driver's License and reliable transport to commute to work. Physically fit with a can-do attitude and willingness to help with hands-on tasks. Full Australian working rights. Interested?
