We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to support our Launceston team. Pending the suitability of the person, we are willing to work with the right candidate to fill this role. This could be a full-time or part-time position, with the set days and hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, willing to learn, and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, delivering work of exceptional quality.
Qualifications Professional attitude and appearance Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to multi-task efficiently Must have a willingness to learn under the supervision of qualified staff Prior customer service or reception skills is an advantage Responsibilities Reception and general office duties Greet clients and visitors in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner Assist the Office Manager and Senior Administration staff with tasks as needed Assist professional and technical staff where possible Support other corporate and administrative tasks for PDA as a whole or other offices where needed Operating phone switchboard Create job files Reconcile petty cash and receipt monies received Prepare letters and accounts as required Keep all areas clean and tidy Manage stationery and office requirements Your application will include the following questions:
