About the role
Join PCB Contractors as a Site Manager and take the lead in overseeing all aspects of construction projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage and inspire a team of skilled construction professionals, driving successful outcomes for our clients and upholding our commitment to excellence.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets Manage on-site construction activities, including the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations (OFSC, ISO accreditation 9001,14001,45001 in Safety, Environmental and Quality) Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process Liaise with clients, consultants and other key project partners Mentor and develop the skills of the construction team What we're looking for 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with construction management software Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and technologies Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
