Senior Payments Specialist, Loyalty Solutions About the job Senior Payments Specialist, Loyalty Solutions Overview: Global Loyalty Solutions manages a wide range of Mastercard loyalty assets including the design, implementation and operations of cardholder loyalty programs, as well as cardholder promotions, benefits and insurance services. These loyalty solutions enable Issuers and/or Merchants to reward, protect and assist cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference.

In order to create exceptional cardholder experiences and drive value through differentiation, we are seeking a Senior Specialist, Mastercard Merchant Offers Partnerships Development. The successful candidate will support global and regional product initiatives to grow Domestic and Cross-Border transaction volume by winning share from competition and digitizing cash. The candidate location can be Australia or New Zealand.
Role: Secure merchant offers for Mastercards Offers programs, which includes making a direct contact with merchant, aggregators or working through the regional market development team, prepare proposal and budget forecast, make presentations, account management and renewal, P&L forecasting and merchant relationship building. Build, manage, maintain, and execute merchant business development pipeline. Strategically grows Issuer/Merchants business through quarterly business reviews and ability to deliver and articulate program success and the value of the card linked programs. Oversight on operations including cross-functional team members and vendors. Monitors, manages and reports on merchant offers KPIs. Supports and develops business reviews through regular Issuer/Merchant meetings to ensure consistent quality delivery of program performance and identifies new opportunities to drive retention. Develop subject-matter expertise on the benefits and considerations of merchant participation in personalized, card-linked offer marketing programs. Contribute to issue resolution between functional groups and management as needed. Support and troubleshoot merchant billing process and issues. Deploy monthly merchant statements to Regional Market Development and/or directly to the merchant. Maintains account budgets and forecasts and is responsible for establishing and monitoring revenue projection goals. Drive and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. About You The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years of experience in loyalty/rewards offers space and/or have worked directly with merchant partners in an offers-based program in Australia/New Zealand Business Development experience working with various levels - internal and external. Previous merchant loyalty marketing or related digital marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to many audiences, from technical resources to regional product and marketing leads Excellent listening and presentation skills Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and cross-functional team building skills Competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PPT #J-18808-Ljbffr
