Job Description Lead payroll team to ensure all pays are produced accurately and on-time Ensure payroll processes and procedures are adhered to Drive process improvement and change management Ensure payroll compliance including Enterprise Agreements and relevant Industrial Awards, Policies, legislation etc Coach, train, develop and mentor junior payroll team members Ensuring payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced payroll candidates who exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
