Job Description Lead payroll team to ensure all pays are produced accurately and on-time Ensure payroll processes and procedures are adhered to Drive process improvement and change management Ensure payroll compliance including Enterprise Agreements and relevant Industrial Awards, Policies, legislation etc Coach, train, develop and mentor junior payroll team members Ensuring payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced payroll candidates who exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Payroll Officers looking to transition into leadership, or Payroll Team leads looking for a clear path to Payroll Manager. Key competencies listed below: Demonstrated payroll experience, including end to end processing of large, complex payrolls, processing of termination pays, leave analysis, Monthly and Annual Statutory calculations, workers compensation, salary packaging, superannuation, Award/EBA understanding and year-end processing Ability to supervise, coach and lead staff in high performing and complex teams to achieve exceptional results Demonstrated knowledge of and interpretation of current and future legislation which directly affect the payroll function i.e. tax and superannuation legislation High-level organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure What's on Offer Market leading remuneration package Excellent WFH flexibility Clear path for internal career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
