Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Full time The Payroll Systems Specialist reports directly to the Group Manager HRIS and is a key role within our collaborative team. This role is responsible for supporting the functional administration, master data, configuration and maintenance of the payroll and time attendance systems. These systems are used to process payroll, award interpretation, rostering/scheduling, and time capture. The successful applicant will be an experienced operator, competent with Kronos system reporting and extracts and ad hoc reporting.
Responsibilities Functional administration of the SAP Payroll, Kronos Workforce Pro and Kronos Workforce Central Management. Maintain and monitor interfaces between SAP Payroll and Kronos. Maintain SAP Payroll, Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions (WFD) in compliance with Awards. Manage incidents, problems, and requests, and resolve functional issues within agreed time frames. Implement award and roster changes as directed by the human resources teams. Support the payroll operations team with implementation of new payroll codes, leave types and position management. Support the Payroll systems team and extended HR team by providing systems expertise and solutions. Engage in continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through innovative technologies and processes. Maintain standard procedures and documentation. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and interpret new legislation. About You Configuration specialist – Advanced knowledge of KRONOS WFD/WFC or SAP Payroll (OnPrem). Including configuration of building blocks, payroll testing, version upgrades, award interpretation, pay codes, work rules, interfaces, scheduling, advanced scheduler. Developing requirements and unit testing. Experience with complex, multi-site and multi-agreement organisations. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly, identifying and analysing solutions in a timely manner, and managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes. Experience in SAP Payroll (desired) and T&A Systems. Attention to detail and accuracy. SOX/Audit compliance. Analytically minded and solutions focused individual. Why work for JBS Australia?
