What does your life look like at Yancoal?As a Payroll Support Officer you will administer and monitor the Yancoal payroll service desk in accordance with the payroll processes and procedures.
Level 1 support for internal and external customer service.Updating payroll master file data.Data entry of payroll related information as directed.Complete end of Payrun TasksAssist with all month end and year end processingProvide information to stakeholders as directed.Input into regular review of Payroll processes, procedures, and policies to support improvements and ensure legislative compliance.What do you need to be successful in the role?To be successful in the role you will require the following skills & experience:
Qualifications:Cert III in Business AdministrationSkills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a similar roleExperience in system management and improvementPayroll Knowledge – an advantageStrong and proven customer service ethicExcellent attention to detailNumerical and analytical abilityDemonstrates excellent problem solving skillsAble to work to deadlinesYancoal provides a range of benefits to appeal to the diverse needs of our employees.
