Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of construction equipment including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers, and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling, and Mining sectors.We are looking for an experienced and skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our finance division. This role will be responsible for the supervision of our payroll groups nationally.This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm.Main responsibilities will include:Supervise Payroll team and work with Financial Controller to ensure the timely processing of all employees' pays.Supervise / Administer the calculation and accurate payment of any wages (e.g., Terminations, Redundancies, Bonuses).Liaison with management and staff regarding all pay enquiries.In partnership with Finance, manage the preparation and reconciliation of fortnightly / monthly general ledger wage journals.Manage all statutory obligations - PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation.Full function payroll processing including reporting, reconciliation, and tax/compliance.Generating reports related to employee information.Data entry and maintenance of employee records.The successful candidate will have:Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll processing.
